Jim and Maria Made The Twins’ Bedroom Fun And Functional With Finely Crafted Bunk Beds and Coordinating Children’s Window Blinds.

Now The Boys are Excited To Move Into Their New Home!

After many months of searching and viewing a large number of homes, Jim and Maria finally found the house of their dreams. It was a tidy, little bungalow in a quiet section of town that would be perfect in which to raise their twin boys, Jared and Michael. They were eight years old and even though the house had three bedrooms, the boys decided that they still wanted to share their bedroom as they had in their old home. There was plenty of room for bunk beds and a large window that would look great with new discount window blind treatments or even a faux plantation shutter.

Perhaps when the boys reached their teenage years they would want their own rooms, but for now, they decided that it would be a lot more fun to share. The bedroom in the new house was much larger and it offered a nice view of the backyard complete with a tree house right outside the window. Since neither could decide who should get the room with the view, it may have been part of the plan to share the large bedroom. Jim and Maria wanted the twins to be happy and comfortable in the new house, so they agreed.

Besides, Maria had already thought of a ton of things she could do to furnish and decorate the boys’ room and since they were going to share one, she could use the extra bedroom as an office. Since they had some time before moving into the new home, they decided to start planning the bedroom decorating and design. She shopped online for children’s bunk beds and window blinds woven wood that would look great in the new room.

Decorating the Children’s Bedroom

A Fresh, New Start
Before deciding on the components of the boys’ new room, Jim and Maria decided that it would be best to ask the kids what they wanted. Jared liked race cars and often played racing games on his video game system. Michael was more interested in other sports like baseball and basketball. So the challenge for Jim and Maria was to create a bedroom that both boys would enjoy and that could provide enough room to accommodate both.

Since both boys were partial to bright blue, they decided to paint the walls in the bedroom with a washable, kid-proof blue paint and the trim with durable, enamel white that would be easy to clean. Maria thought that a wallpaper border with a sports oriented theme might also be a nice touch too.

Let the Games Begin
Jared and Michael were in great need of new beds since the bunk beds they were using now had belonged to Jim and his brother. They were beginning to show wear from the many years of use and really needed to be replaced. While shopping online, Maria noticed a wide selection of children’s beds from wood bunk beds, metal bunk beds, bunk futon beds, loft beds and matching mattresses. She wondered if it would be possible to have twin beds in the room as it was larger than the boys’ previous bedroom but after careful consideration decided that bunk beds would be the better selection.

Because Jared and Michael were still young at eight years of age, and they did tend to get a little rambunctious, Maria and Jim opted for a set of metal bunk beds. They would be durable and well built, easy to clean and affordable. Bunk beds would be great in the new room because it would allow extra space for toys, the video game unit, other furniture and a small desk for homework.

While browsing the online retailer’s site, Jim and Maria couldn’t believe how easy it was to purchase the bunk beds. There was a wonderful selection at prices they could easily afford. What’s more, they could order and purchase the children’s bund beds right from the comfort of their own home and have them delivered to the new home. Plus, most of the bunk beds shipped FREE and there was a complete satisfaction guarantee so if for some reason they were not satisfied, their money would be refunded. Jim and Maria marveled at the company’s customer service and care.

And the Window With the View…..
Shopping online was the way to go as far as Jim and Maria were concerned, so they chose window blinds for the twins’ room as well. Mini blinds would be an ideal choice for Jared and Michael’s room because they are designed to be both stylish and durable. They decided on red aluminum mini blinds because they were going with a primary color scheme for the children consisting of blue, red and some minor yellow and green. Plus, there would indeed be an assortment of colors in the room once the accessories and toys were added.

The aluminum mini blinds would also last longer and could provide protection from the hot sun that rose on that side of the house each morning. Jared and Michael were both very happy with all of the new things for their room and could hardly wait to finally move in to the new house.
